Chefs deftly turn out specialties such as churrasco sirloin picanha-style, churrasco-style filet mignon, slow-cooked sausage with sweet peppers, honey-brushed turkey breast roulade wrapped in bacon, lemon garlic roasted salmon, Hawaiian-style lime chicken thighs, and pork and lamb selections. An hourglass-shaped container sits on each table with the red side up until guests turn the green side up, signaling servers to slice the barbecue from swords onto their plates. The gleaming open kitchen with its Brazilian-style rotisserie is the focal point. It's really a Latin American feast of meats and poultry barbecued on a rodizio, with an array of sides served family-style.
